Dear Sirs,

I was perchase Epson Perfection 1260 Scanner three weeks earlyer from used seller from the Amazon.com.  It was rap in paper and cover was big crack down a the center of a cover.  But it; was work fine until it stopping work until a week earlyer.  Fuck US Postal.  I was check software always and reinstalling it twice.  I was except for cover check scanner but no damage I see it on scanner.  I was try asking technical support it.  He was no understanding toward my Engrish. 

 The symptoms is follows as is:

 I instsall then next open the software and it says "that it was no detection of my a scanner'.  But my USB is plug on both sides.  I click "oK" and then works fine (a software).  But the scanner suddenly then work finely also.  Butt picture is look granular very.  (Sky is Blue checker board) and also scans it half only.

 I was make phone to seller and he tells warantee still is executing.  Thus.  I hope still I am eligibility ask for RA number under these circumstantial.
